Solar Beaverton and Tax Credits

 

Please read the following article about the solar residential tax credits program. If you have a signed contract dated before July 14, you should be okay for the higher level of credits. The Solar Beaverton program will continue, but the residential tax credits will be reduced substantially.

Oregon third in new sustainability rankings

In a play to cater to green-minded businesses that might be shopping for a new home, Site Selection magazine released its inaugural sustainability rankings Thursday, placing Oregon third on its list behind California (No.1) and Washington (No. 2).
